STEP 01
Fill Out the Inquiry Form
Start by filling out the inquiry form and letting me know what you’re interested in. This helps me understand your vision and session needs so I can tailor your experience perfectly.
STEP 02
Receive an Email from Me
I’ll reach out to get a full idea of what you want—your session type, preferred locations, and any general details. This helps me understand your vision and get you on the schedule smoothly.
STEP 03
Booking Form & Contract
After we work out a plan, you’ll receive a booking form and contract in your email. This will include your package, finalized pricing details, and all the information you need to secure your session. You will be able to review the contract and confirm your booking date.
STEP 04
Pay Your Deposit
When you receive your booking form and contract, you’ll also pay a 25% nonrefundable deposit to hold your session date. This deposit goes toward your total cost, and the remaining balance will be due on the day of your shoot.
STEP 05
Fill Out the Questionnaire
About two weeks before your session, you’ll receive a questionnaire. This is your chance to give me all the extra details I need to plan your session perfectly. Share your chapter’s color schemes, how many people will be in the group, any special requests, and even Pinterest boards for inspiration. Filling this out close to your session date helps me get a clear idea of exactly what you want, so your session is personalized, organized, and stress-free.
STEP 06
Pre-Shoot Email
Before your session, you’ll receive an email from me with all the important reminders for your shoot: where to go, what the weather is looking like, and any extra tips.
STEP 07
Picture Time!
It’s your day! Arrive a little early, bring your outfits and any extras, and enjoy your session. Your final payment will be collected before we start, and then it’s time to make memories!
STEP 08
Photo Delivery
Your photo delivery timeline will depend on the type of session. Images will be available in an online gallery, where you can download individual photos or the full album completely free. The gallery is also shareable with your chapter.
